• TK Mobile Lounge is a Certified Business and follows all rules and regulations enforced by the state of Texas and Alcohol Serving Laws.

• TK Mobile Lounge is prohibited to providing alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. It is the Host (The person who books us) responsibility to insure there are no underaged drinkers and or over drinkers. We have the right to request valid Identification from anyone who requests a drink. TK Mobile Lounge reserves the right refuse to serve alcohol to those who are under 21 years of age or overly intoxicated.

• TK Mobile Lounge is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or property damage that may arise while serving caused by an intoxicated person.

​

• The TK Mobile Lounge is a business that provides a catering service WE DO NOT SELL ALCOHOL. It is the hosts responsibility to provide alcohol.

​

• $150 Deposit is due to hold event date and is non refundable. Payments may be made at anytime in any amount. 

• Final Payment Due 14 Days prior to event.

• If Final payment is not paid 7 days prior to event there is an additional $100 Late Fee.

• All monies must be paid no later than 72hrs prior to event or service will be cancelled.

• Refund of 50% will be allowed within 7 days prior to event however not including Deposit.

• Gratuities are not included in package cost. However greatly appreciated. TK Lounge has the right to accept tips from guests regardless of TIP Jar presentation or prepaid gratuities.

• Upon paying deposit and securing an event date you are accepting all terms & conditions of the TK Mobile Lounge.

• Contract form below must be completed before services are rendered.
